A review can be submitted only by the authenticated owner of a completed order. One review is allowed per order.
How moderation works
Reviews remain pending until an administrator checks them for relevance, personal information, abuse, and publication permission.
How privacy is protected
Public pages never expose customer email addresses, account IDs, order IDs, submitted links, or internal moderation notes.
How case studies are approved
A case study can be published only after customer permission is recorded. Drafts and source-order references remain private.
